Currently, the Habitat for Humanity Mississippi Capital Area ReStore only accepts drop-off donations of new and gently used building materials, furniture, appliances, and home accessories during donation hours – Thursday to Saturday from 10am to 3pm. All accepted donations are tax-deductible. Please review the list of items we do and do not accept.

Appliances that are over 10 years old
Car or motorcycle tires
Clothing, shoes, pillows, or blankets
Computers or copiers
Cribs, car seats, or toys
Dishwashers
Dehumidifiers
Entertainment centers
Exercise equipment
Fireproof file cabinets
Furnaces, central air units, or water heaters
Garage doors and garage door openers
Hot tubs
Items containing lead or asbestos
Items that have exposed nails or screws
Items that are stained, ripped, or broken
Items that are moldy or water damaged
Kitchen countertops with cutout for sink
Mattresses, box springs, or sofa beds
Office desks or cubicle walls
Paint, stains, or chemicals
Pianos or organs
Propane tanks
Siding
Toilets
Tube TV’s
Unframed mirrors or glass
